1. Tour Availability – Tours are available every day. The tour will proceed regardless of the number of participants.
2. Age Restrictions – Children under the age of ten (10) are not permitted to swim with whale sharks or participate in snorkeling activities. They can watch from the boat.
3. No Sighting Policy – Whale shark sightings are not guaranteed due to their unpredictable nature, harsh weather, and other environmental conditions beyond our control. No refunds will be issued if whale sharks are not observed during the tour.
4. Luggage Policy – Large luggage is not allowed for this activity. Please store your luggage at your hotel during shared tours.
5. Whale Shark Interaction Guidelines – Do not touch the whale sharks. Avoid using sunscreen and cosmetics to protect the animals from harmful chemicals. Instead, wear long-sleeved clothing. Follow all safety rules and maintain a safe distance from the whale sharks. Fines may be issued for violating these regulations. These guidelines ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while protecting whale sharks and the environment.
6. Travel Insurance Policy – There is no travel insurance included with the tour. The tour operator shall not be liable for any accidents, loss of belongings, or injuries.
7. Number of Participants – A minimum of 2 participants is required to book a tour. Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance. For bookings made less than 2 days before the tour, please contact us directly.
8. Reservation Fee – A Php 1,000 reservation fee is required to book a joiners tour. This fee is deductible from the total tour amount. Full payment will be collected in cash by the assigned driver on the tour date, prior to the start of the tour.

Note:15 mins. late during the meet-up will be considered a no-show, with no refund of the payment.

Booking Form:
Please fill up this form and receive a confirmation within 24 hrs. Bookings made at the last minute must be completed 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. A Php 1,000.00 reservation fee is required to book a tour deductible from the total amount.
